JUSTIFICATION

We are attempting to comply with 18 U.S.C. 2257. It has come to our attention that unscrupulous webmasters are stealing the photos, and could also steal associated label information, and publish them as their own. This practice makes it difficult, if not impossible, for officials to determine who is operating legitimately. It also exposes our operations to other areas of liability, and causes us financial harm.
